Good customer service in Hotel – review of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai
We thought it would be great to enjoy a short break under the sun ahead of the Christmas frenzy and opted to travel to Dubai and stay in the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
It is a great example of a very good customer service all around in this hotel and the staff was particularly attentive and ready to help. Check in was smooth, with efficient bell boys, welcome drinks, wet towel and a big welcome which are always well received when stepping down from a long flight. Clearly, the staff was very focused and these were great examples of excellent service levels.
The bedroom was very spacious with all amenities one would expect in a five star hotel, including gifts on arrival, fresh fruits, tea and coffee, minibar, powerful WiFi.
Housekeeping was providing a wonderful service, very clean bedroom, fresh linen, discreet turn down service to name a few.
Good storage space with sitting area, desk and a large balcony with sea views.
A nice touch was to have a fresh rose in the bathroom, bringing a touch of refinement. Great supply of towels, bathrobe and a good range of hotel toiletries.
Guests are able to enjoy a large outdoor heated swimming pool with diligent life guards, efficient towel service and pool service for food and drinks as well as a regular supply of cool mineral water, fruity ice pops and fresh fruits
To round everything up, a large choice of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lot of attention such as calling guests by their name, offering fresh cups with coffee refills, dealing competently with special dietary requirements and good quality food.
Check out was very smooth too with staff ensuring that transport was available and all pieces of luggage accounted for.
This hotel genuinely delivered a very good customer service all around and would definitely revisit if only there were not so many other nice hotels to try out in the world.
